This knee cushion is soft so that it doesn't cut off circulation to your lower leg when resting your knee over it, but firm so that your leg remains supported. The elasticated strap around the cushion means that I can put my leg through the strap when climbing into bed, and the cushion stays in place under my knee all night long - easy to reposition around my knee regardless of whether I'm lying on my back or on my side, and no more hunting around under the sheets to find a knee cushion which has been pushed or kicked out of the way whilst I've been moving around in my sleep.The soft cover is comfortable against my skin, and this fabric also covers the elastic strap, so even when my legs are bare there is no rubbing, pinching or chafing from the cushion or the strap overnight no matter how much I twist and turn.10/10

It has a strap to attach it to your legs so it stays in position and the outer fabric feels nice and soft.I've recently started using this as a headrest on my computer chair as well, and it has helped to lessen some of my neck pain.
